Refund

In the case of returning goods, the customer is required to send a legitimate claim to Travel Fashion Lab Inc (managing company of Iconic28 brand and www.iconic28.com) by e-mail (info@iconic28.com).

 

The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

  • delivery of goods which were not ordered

  • delivery of goods which are defective or damaged

  • we do not accept returns on face masks for the sanitary and healthy reasons, thanks for your understanding


Also, a customer who for whatever reason does not want to keep the purchased item can request a refund via email within 14 days from the date of order. Customer will be refunded upon receive of returned goods that will be shipped on his own expense.  

Returns

In case the request of refund, the buyer is obliged to deliver the item to the place of purchase or send it by post at their own expense. Item must not be in any way damaged, used, and must be packed in the original packaging. Travel Fashion Lab Inc will refund or credit you within 10 days for any sum that has been paid by you (minus delivery service) or debited from your credit card for the goods from either the cancellation date or the receipt of the returned goods if applicable.
